Most people feel a little awkward in front of a camera, so I’ll help you relax and feel comfortable (and figure out what to do with your hands!). With kids, I run the session more like play than a photoshoot, which means they have fun and you get photos with lots of real smiles.

How far in advance do we need to book?
About two months out for fall and pre-holiday sessions, which are my busiest by far. That said, reach out anytime! I often have last-minute availability, especially on weekdays.
How does the payment work?
Half holds your date, half is due on the day of your session. I use an online payment portal and accept most major credit and debit cards.
What should we wear?
It depends a little on where we shoot, so I put together a post with general tips to help you decide. Once you book, we can talk through specifics for your location.
How long until we see our photos?
Within one to two weeks. During peak fall and pre-holiday season, it can stretch to three.
What if my kids won’t cooperate?
Let's talk before your session! I want to hear about your kids and anything that helps me create a good experience for everyone. I run sessions as family play, guiding and directing just enough to keep things moving. We'll pick a time of day when your kids are at their best and choose a location with fewer distractions and fewer meltdown triggers.
